Your suggestions for a healthy baby are spot on. We have followed them all for my grandchild, except one. We never use antibiotic, we use cow colostrum instead. Works beautifully for ANY infection, way better than any antibiotic.

The Americans invented the delusion of 'well baby checkups' to make money. It is not a practice in other developed nations, or rather, in sane, sensible societies.
The ritual of well baby checks, yup. I looked forward to them with my first solely to get the stamp of approval. What am I saying, I'm still looking forward to it with my third even though I know better now and even though I don't trust the pediatrician.
I don't know how to pull back from the mess of vaccines and antibiotics for every ear infection. I quit vaccinating our second when she was 4 months old, which my husband doesn't know about and I'm dreading him finding out. I've saved articles for that day, but I'm sure he'll ignore it under the auspice of "if it were that bad, we'd know."

Now I am a grandmother of 3 boys 6, 4, and 1. And my begging and pleading and sharing of stats
and all kinds of other information has not stopped the vaccine ritual, the anti-biotic ritual, or the ibuprofin giving. The two older ones also get flu shots every year and also had both Coivd vax.
I have zero control over any of this. It is maddening.
I’d love to see this list be presented to the Weston Price Foundation. It’s so well designed and explains the “why” in simple common sense terminology. Weston Price Foundation (WAPF) is a wonderful organization and maybe you could be a guest on their podcast “Wise Traditions”. Thank you for this.
I made all the mistakes as a young mother with my 5 children. I started to wake up at the pediatrician’s office too late which is my biggest regret as a mother. Sometimes when I’m reflecting on the blessings my children are, I weep at what I allowed. Their perfect bodies and minds being damaged by the vaccination program. I’ll never forgive myself.
I will share this with as many young mothers and mothers-to-be as I can. I spread the WAPF information daily. Bit by bit we will get people to see the horrors of this vaccine campaign. This is the “best of times” to do it… a lot of people are at least willing to consider it “may” be harmful to their baby.
I would add, even though they have no teeth yet, put them on the road to dental health and self-sufficiency by cleaning their mouth out once or twice a day by gently swabbing with a wet cloth or one of those sponge-on-a-stick devices. This is on the advice of Dr. Robert O. Nara. It will maintain a healthy oral biome, and if the habit is continued into adulthood, they should *never* have to visit the mouth doctors who are so flippant about installing mercury into peoples bodies by the gram full.
Male genital mutilation is also a barbaric part of this modern ritual, where this essential covering is more often crushed off than sliced off (then sold for a premium).
Seems to me the “Toxic Environmental Load” is toxic environmental load all on its own. 💩 And the creator designed even THAT 💩 to eventually be very helpful as fertilizer.
If the TELoad is truly all that bad, wouldn’t it seem that animals, wild ones, pets and livestock would be sick at the same rates/ times/areas as humans? You know what you never see? WILD animals, riddled with cancer. Beached whales, riddled with cancer and injection-site tumors! You know who gets cancers, autoimmune diseases, autism, etc? ONLY mammals/animals which have been vaccinated. Look into it. If it was environmental, it would affect all creatures.
